PROBLEM: missing tac on Mac:
The following two files use tac:

$CLAIRHOME/blib/lib/Clair/Network.pm
$CLAIRHOME/lib/Clair/Network.pm

This utility does not exist on Mac OS X 10.4 and Fink doesn't have a
build for it. 

SOLUTION:
Using 'tail -r' on Mac OS X 10.4 accomplishes the same
thing
